Bachelor of Science Program
in Physical Therapy
The program was established in 1965 with a 4-year curriculum of full-time study. In the 1 st of academic year, the program provides students with courses form basic sciences and social sciences to continue to specific courses of physical therapy. Additionally, the program provides contemplative education for physical therapy course. In the 2nd of academic year, the program provides students with basic courses of physical therapy such as Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics. Furthermore, students also have opportunities to gain experience in physical therapy clinic.

Program objectives, to encourage students
- To have the knowledge and professional skills of physical therapy and others as involved
- To be a good role model including in moral, ethics, altruism and social responsibility
- To be resposible to own work and group, perform effective teamwork and appropriate roles in various conditions

Program learning outcomes (PLOs)
- PLO1 To apply physical therapy knowledge in the field of musculoskeletal, neurology, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, and related fields for patient management according to professional standards.
- PLO2 To diagnose the physical therapy problems accuracy by using the information gathered from patients according to professional standards and ethics.
- PLO3 To create physical therapy treatment plan with patients and choosing an effective treatment according to professional standards and ethics.
- PLO4 To provide treatment and rehabilitation by physical therapy methods according to professional standards and ethics.
- PLO5 To promote health and wellness, and prevent disease and disability for individual and community according to holistic health.
- PLO6 To communicate with target group accomplished to the objectives of physical therapy services.
- PLO7 To work with other people both leader and follower to achieving work goals.
- PLO8 To do research group in physical therapy under research ethics.

- Ministry of Education Regulation for standard of bachelor program year 2015. Students need to get GPA from 2.00 up
- Mahidol University Regulation for education in diploma and undergraduate level year 2009
